Together, with your knowledge and my warm approach and clinical training, we can move forward in your healing journey. You may be working through issues in intimate relationships, your sexuality, or life transitions such as starting relationships, coming out, moving, or career changes. You may also be experiencing anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, or shame, which are decreasing your levels of well being.

I believe strongly in the importance of satisfying relationships, and I will work with you to explore and create that for yourself – whatever that means for you. I can help you increase emotional awareness, explore problematic patterns, address sexual issues, and provide you with concrete skills to allow more fulfilling connections. I aim to create a non-judgmental space for you to explore traditional and non-traditional wants and desires. My practice is sex-positive and affirming to those of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
