I want to help each of my clients find a sense of health – emotionally, physically, and sexually. All of us have day-to-day stressors, perhaps leaving us feeling lost, worried, or alone. Together we can sort through the things causing you distress like intimate relationships, sexuality, or general life transitions. I am committed to helping you move through pain in order to increase connection to yourself and your community.

Sex therapy provides a non-judgmental space to work through issues such as low libido, sexual pain, sexual shame, open relationships, and kink. Together we can tackle ineffective thinking and introduce concrete skills to increase your sense of health. My practice is sex-positive and affirming to all sexual orientations and gender identities.
